VBulletin - How'd i add the badges?

basically,

I've just got a VB Forum, and i want to add badges
which can be given out to people on the forum, lots of sites have done this, how do i do it?

You can then add it via the ACP.

Don't you just add the HTML code to the user or usergroup in the ACP
