Where you can't post in another language, I reckon that "1001010" whatever it means, should count. Because I really can't be bothered to google the translator everytime someone posts like that :)

Thats a computing langauge, so people will post in the tech sections.. and its called binary :p
1010110110000101101010101101001000010101010101101
yer its really stupid
Binary :P
It still counts as a language, and it shouldn't be allowed, it's dead annoying.
Why can't people just use English?! :S
I've never seen anyone abuse it?
Only idiots who think they're better than everyone else because they learned what binary is. I wouldn't stress yourself over it.
It's regardless weather it's abused or not.. It's still another language.
If this is allowed then posting an another language should be, because then again - Moderators could use Google Translator or something.
LOL Danny, you never fail to amuse me. ;)
And I'm not getting stressed? It's just dead annoying 101010.
People aint formating all their posts with:
<body>hi guiz lol i need teh help</body>
Besides the point if they are, if its against all langauges including those in a computer then HTML, php etc are langauges for webdesign, so they'd have to be banned aswell?
Yes but if you translate binary it's English once it's translated.
Is the coding languages English once they're translated?
Does <?echo or w/e mean "Hello"? No..
Well it depends on how far the word "language" is stretched, as it's technically a computer language. If you speak in binary, you can still speak English. If Habbox had employed a competent legislator, such as myself, then the rule would've been a lot clearer.
You can't speak an English sentance with HTML/PHP.. but you can with binary.. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh moron
As far as I'm concerned posting 010010101010101000001010 is just spam and will be treated as such, I'll put money on the fact that 95% of the forum can't understand it.

Why is posting in other languages banned? It seems to me like they have ran out of pathetic rules to enforce so they think of that. What is the point of the rule?
So people dont swear in japanese or something then none of us can read, so we dont know which langauge it is, so we cant translate or take a while to translate to find out their swearing, then the mod needs to sort it..
It's one of the oldest rules if I'm not mistaken there are a lot of valid reasons for it. Mainly because it would be possible to break rules in other languages and no-one would know. Yes, we wouldn't know they've done it and it wouldn't really affect us but it would still mean they're getting away with breaking rules which is completely unfair.
Moderating is obviously the main priority of the moderators. Yeah, maybe it is only one pixel too large but if people can get away with that then people with them two pixels too large will start complaining.
Also most the time normal people report the people with too large sigs so normal mods report to smods about it..

Why insult management in binary? That's so childish. Now you know why other languages are banned.
Because the management need insulting. imo they all need to start listening to their *Text Removed* users more :|

And you think by insulting and swearing at them it's going to make them want to listen?
yes .
