I don't get yukka's though.
And why is their only cobbled floor in bits of the room?

well the yukkas and that is the front bit/enterance... and the cobbled floor outside is just instead of the wood like a path and the cobbled at the other side is the librarians office thing... dunno how I could improve it

Change the entrance bit. Maybe design a reception area, would look alot better. Well done though. :)

Add more of them rugs on the floors because it looks bear. Maybe swap the yukkas for more of them white pillars?

Use Hand Woven Rugs :)

Looks plain around the middle part of the room like add tiles. A library has loads of seats ;D

It's well laid out, but like others said the entrance needs improving. I reckon you should take away bookcases in the middle and put some more seating as well. Some more rugs too and it'll be perfect. :]

i like how the bookcases look in v9 rooms :)
