When You press the xbox guide button and for example, look at your friends list does it lag so you cant scroll up or down. then like 20 seconds later it is fine? mine does.

It's nothing to do with that, the dashboard is just generally laggy, the only things that ever seem to load instantly are the console settings and the media blades xDQuote:
