I really need help, i dont know if this is normal or not.
but recently around my Nipple i have got loads of like spots.
They just come out over night,
Is it normal/ can anyone help?

Sometimes you jut get little spotty rash things on your chest from your clothes rubbing.
Do they hurt?
See if they disappear when you press a glass to them.
If you're still worried just ask your GP.
If its on top of your arms aswell, maybe is some sort of reaction to your clothes or bra? Ask your parents/carer if they have changed washing liquid/tablets lately?
oh i've had a spot on my nipple once, ahahaaaa! its normal though, i think :S
Yeah maybe your allergic to the material in your bra which would explain it being on your boobs and the top of your arm. get a new bra? [:
