I meant that you cannot tell how much rep a person has unless they have it in their signature or they tell people directly.

You can estimate though, by their level and how many blocks they have, not accurate though. You could also look on the members list, at the reputation, if somone is below somone with three rep blocks and they have two, they probably have around 190 or something. Unless you have the members decending in order of reputation, vice versa or something.
