The Maximus Formula is crap. Get an ASUS P5K Premium WiFi-AP with an X-Fi Xtreme Music.
P5K is supposed to mess about with the OCZ ram due to timings.
Depends on how much you want to spend. PK5 is good though.
Do you want to overclock? If not, get a cheap one.

Yep but heard about problems with ram as i already said :)
My RAM isn't on the compatible RAM list for the P5K but it still works perfectly. At the moment my Q6600 is at 2.7GHz, I don't dare go higher with the stock cooler :/
I've got CoolerMaster Hyper 212 and plan to push the Q6600 to about 3.6ghz.
