drop/sell the talismans. if you intend on rcing just use the abyss - far quicker way and you dont need talismans/tiaras to use that method.
complete costume sets can be stored in a costume room in your POH (if you have one) or just drop them.
as for the keys, do the quest to get the keyring (cant remember which one that is) and store keys on that. drop the ones that you wont need. in most cases is easy to get back any keys/items you get during quests.
for arranging your bank, i would suggest arranging them by type...so all the runes/staves etc put together, herbs, pots, seconds put together. weapons/armour all put together (complete armour sets can be turned into box sets at the exchange which will save space)
have a look through the "show of your bank" thread and see how other people have theirs arranged
