How would resetting the server do anything?
And no i defently did click save.. because it worked for like a day..
I think you'll find its your cache. Try going Start -> Run -> TYPE "cmd" ->
type "ipconfig/flushdns"
OR Cntrl + F5
Gork - You have no idea what your on about do you..
And yh, clear your cache/temp net files and see if it does anything.
Its not the cache.. that didnt work.
Its happening to my friends too!
:S
who u reg domain with?
Hmm. never used them before. will probs be an error their side though.
dunno what to suggest sorry,
Does it randomly switch servers?
Sometimes you see the old one, and sometimes you see the new one?
MrCraig, clearlly I do and you don't as your little delete the cache plan didn't work. It's probably server faults.
You do not know the first thing about domains mate.
The domain wont reset if 'his host' reset server.
First of all, hosts dont host domains. Registrars do.
So read up next time.
-REP.
Okay, before you start blabbing, listen. With hosts you can change your nameservers via client login. Then them name servers are saved on the host and registars server.
If the host suddenly resets a server back to a certain date all information will be lost. Do you get it now?
Oh btw, -REP back :)
The client login changes the nameservers by contacting the domain registrar (such as enom). If the server was reset it would not make a difference to the live nameservers.
Oh btw, thanks for the -0 REP. Makes a big diff.
Not unless the form was re-submitted which he obviously didnt do.
And even at that, he checked the panel which said his nameservers were set correctly.
does your registar have a notice or something in their forum, it might be a planned thing they're doing where they set the domains back.
Otherwise, i would contact them
Arguments aside, it's working for me! :D
Registration Service Provided By: XEO DOMAINS MOBI
your domain is with xeodomains.mobi not publicdomainregistry
Its pointless you returning the rep because you have NONE to take off.
Anyway don't forget that nameservers take upto 72 hours to propagate.
Try resetting the ns by resubmitting the form :).
Alternatively use NameCheap next time as their ns change in seconds and work :P
