Othere than the disc hologram i would say its all pretty much real , i would rather think its the beta disc (the one all the major game review websites got) than a fake as it has a "New imigrants guide to liberty city" in there is has a nicely printed cover and a well positioned sticker more than likely the BETA than a fake
