If anyone can tell me good ways to make money quick with the blow stats (and it actaully works) I'll rep you. :)

pick flax at catherby and string them
150gp each.
Pick flax and then string for 150 ish each + a bit of crafting xp or just sell the flax.
I recommend getting you combat up as once you have a decent combat, things open up for you like godwars etc. Also try to train combat with slayer, very useful.

There's no such thing as quick easy money ;) there's slow easy money, and theres quick difficult money :P
I always suggest runecrafting because its the best for money making, or slayer. I know you can't make money with those stats, but you can work on it!
Kill green dragons and collect only the D Bones and other valueble drops. Around 50k per trip.
Either woodcut, or if you can be bothered, get runecrafting up :)
Buy Flax, make them into bow strings, and u make like 30 gp profit not alot but crafting xp
Also Kill Green Drags! collect dragon bones and the hides and sel them you can make like 1m in an hour :D

Also, this isnt very detailed, but.
There is a quest (i cant remember the name) and once youve done it, you can go into a cave, and in the cave there are level 72 things and they can drop dragon plate legs, but its unlightly. You usaly get runes or ad daggers.
kill flesh crawlers. 2nd floor of the security stronghold. collect the good herbs, i.e rannars+ depending on what you want to pick up, aswell as any stackable items, runes, noted iron ores etc.
you can make at least 50k per trip. but that depends on what you pick up and what you dont.
good way of getting some herblore xp if you pick up, clean, then drop the lower level herbs if you arent keeping them
