ill tell you right now its not worth that.


i see 30 Z's = 1 hc
all posters lets say = 1 hc
the mode hatch and bars and rugs = 1hc
23 black mode = 1 hc
9 spotlights = .5 hc each ( 4.5 for all )

so? Spotlights are relatively hard to find, people may be willing to pay more.

Besides I would not sell it for that price. It's a very good room, I enoy it alot.

They can be as hard to find as ya like, but if people will only pay .5 for them you won't get any more :P

And spotlights aren't relativy hard to find. They go for 2 per hc.

at the highest 6hc.
I'd probaly say around 4.5-5hcs

I would say no more than 9 HC.

Apart from the spotlights, nothing else is very sought after.
