do missions.......
Do some more missions.
Do car errands for brucie, go to the tw8 cafe and check ur emails, he asks for u to get him cars for quite a bit of money ( couple of thousand dollars ) keep doing them :)
wait by a ATM, wait for people to take out money, then kill them, wait for paramedics to heal them and then kill them again. Heared it works anyway, havent tried it myself ive got enough money anyway

Either do missions, Steal from cash machines (do it when you go into the internet cafe, kill people?, and as said before - do the errands.
call little jacob ask him for a job, you get cash and soon you will be able to buy guns from his trunk
I found out a brilliant way of making extra cash. when you do a mission that involves killing a big gang, go and pick ALL their money up because nearly every wod of money can be worth over 1000

I think it's pretty intentional for you not being able to make a bomb without going through the story mode. Just try and get through the missions as best you can and I think at about 25-30% you are invovled in a bank job, which I got 200,000 from.
I want to find a securi truck, do they get unlocked after a date?
No, they just drive around like all cars, except they're uncommon.
