As it takes time, it will be around in 2008 summer time :S

this is a coverup, they're really gunna be merging with habbo hotel to make the ultimate chat/mmo.
anyway, looks nice, but at what cost in loading times ect?

I think theyve seen WOW lol because full screen? and huge graphic update.
Its gunna look like WOW tbh

WoW will still be far superior graphics and options wise.

Runescape is just... lol. The characters don't fit with the landscape

Like a browser game is ever going to overtake a CD game graphics wise anyway...

The textures of the trees in that "mega detail" screenie still look flat and lifeless, would be nice if they could make individual branches and whatnot

would take longer lag tho innit

yeah WoW isn't the only game to us full screen :rolleyes:

it looks nothing like WoW and never will look like any client based game, the graphics will be good for a browser based game.

Which has no mouth, and compared to the ground detail, just doesnt fit.

also the tree is like the same size as the man so yeah =]

Looks like a cool update; wonder when they want to implement it..

I think they really need to work on the character details a lot more. The trees still lack detail too but it is definitely a big improvement in many ways. I mean look at that shading ;)! Fantastic graphics for a browser based game, I must admit.

bloody hell, there's jagex actually going to make a decent update and you lot still winge about it, there's no pleasing some of you! :P
