I did Francis in, doesn't effect your Assassin's Greed - you get it 2nd last mission.

Assassins Greed is for the assassination side missions, they're not related at all so it doesn't matter

If you kill Dwayne PB turns on you. If you kill Dwayne you get PB's crap.
