I serouisly laughed. This is what happens when oil prices goes up!

Everybody is talking about the oil prices...here and all over the world.
There was a post here about Dubai... they are going to build the biggest bridge and tallest building.

But :rolleyes: have you ever seen how these kings, princes and sheiks live ???... have you ever seen any of them donating any money to any cause besides their luxury??? like palaces, golden bathrooms, expensive cars ???? :@

Jealousy! They know they can charge whatever they want for their oil so hey why not try and get as much as possible, anyone would do the same. Fair play to them, you wouldn't mind if you owned the oil and got to live in luxury.

tbh the A8 wouldn't be at all practical, it would be prone to dirt and fingerprints, it would be a high target for theives and it would probably weigh alot.

id say a reasonable percentage comes from tourism. in the future, that percentage will deffo increase with all the construction of theme parks/hotels etc.

It aren't the Arabians that are causing the oil prices to go up...
The oil prices are only going up due to the greedy members of OPEC wanting more money aswell as the oil companies.
It's actually OPEC who decide how much the petrol/oil costs when it is resold and they basically have the power to do anything they want with the oil prices as we are literally at their mercy as they provide the whole world with oil and it seems everything is run by either petrol or electricity nowadays.

If the guy has the money let him spend it how he likes. How comes the Queen has a palace, how comes Ronaldo has a large mansion, how comes Tony Blaire and George Bush have nice houses? And so on.

And wow, is his car made out off solid gold?
