Yes.. and has Habbox done this? because i cant see Habbox breaking the "habbo way" or the "law"

HabboxForum is not an official fansite, Habbox.com is, two seperate sites.
If it's against the law of corse it's against the fan site way :rolleyes:
You're going to need proof of it though.
I am spoken to higher up about this in the form of the moderation manager, a super mod as well as another admin. I have been told that no we do not do anything for things like keygens,cracks ect.

Habboxforum is not officially official, the main site is so Habbo can't touch the rules (As far as i'm aware). But anyway, It's not like there's an section or we've got staff giving out links to things, we're just giving freedom to the users to do so, just like google does when it archives links and so on.
Why did Tv-links etc get sued and closed down, it only had links to other sites containing the info?Quote:

TV-Links had a forum that was hosting uploaded shows/movies.
And they DID host some of the shows/movies on their site.
Although Habbox Forum isn't in danger of being prosecuted for copyright infringement, I personally do disagree with users indexing serials, links to cracks/keygens or torrents. It's not fair to the manufactor of the product.
