There will be a banner and content im just sorting out the layout first then the additives will come :D
Banner and Better content, and remove the useless boxes, IMO I don't like it one bit, but you can improve on that.
Shading -- boy you are in need of it!

add more detail and shading and get rid of those 3 boxes under the nav and mabey move then content up and qadd a sub menu under the actual menu
