I think their fast food badges, as the flag and the road mean fast + the diner badge which means fast food :p
So prob when someone makes a good diner, they get that badge

The teams travel across a larger distance the more competitions their team wins (similar to the Habbo Fair competition with three teams). At the end, the winning team get the Diner Badge.
