I ordered a mobile from ebay with first class. It has been a week now and still havent recieved it. He said he depatched it, so i think there is something wrong with the royal mail, and btw do phones in parcels come in vans?

Heh, probably something wrong with the seller rather than Royal Mail. Contact eBay.
he might of scammed you right off the post . CHeck is feed back and see what zone he is in.

Well it could have got lost in the post. Did you arrange special delivery or signed for mail instead of normal firstclass? If so you kinda stuffed if it don't turn up as it takes ages to deal with it as you need to fill out royal mail forms which can take month/s
