Can't wait for this movie! :D
That looks relatively interesting. Is it a new director now?
And I would rather die.
They could have at least casted a better actor for the little kid. He's awful.
"I'm like you, I'm different."
"I can make things move without touching them."
What the hell am I watching, X-Men?
I agree with Misawa, that little kid pisses me off. :P
It would really be the Screenwriter, the director would tell him how to say it :P
I thought he was better than the previous three! Its not hard to beat Christopher Colombus, but I thought it would be hard to outdo Mike Newell and Alfons Cuaran, and he did a really good job in my opinion :D Anywho, David Yates is set to do this film, and the next two.
suppose but still
I wonder what they're all going to do after the movies ;O
I'm looking forward to the last film! The book is brilliant, looking farward to this one aswell :)
harry potter films are a crime against society.
surely its better to use someone related to the actual voldemort so it looks similar to him... unless you didnt know but im guessing you did
looking good and cant wait to see it. Still cant be bothered to wait another 2-3 years until the final film is released the ending anyway. Dumbledore looks fragile at the beginning which is probably what JK had in mind when writing the book.
I CANNOT WAIT!! :D
Looks fantasticcc!
ive never been a lover of harry potter.
trailer isn't good enough to make me wanna go see it.
Well, no, not really. The screenwriter Steve Kloves will obviously use some dialogue, but just because he adapting from the book doesn't mean it will be word for word. Quite the opposite infact. Though J.K Rowling does have a very close relationship with the film makers and will approve the script before its actually finalised, so if there is something in there she doesn't like she can cross it out. But really it would be down to Steve Kloves, the screenwriter.
Or in Harry Potters case about 150 sometimes (if of course we are going on the traditional format that one page = approx one minute).
Yes I do know thanks. I was actually saying that Hero Fiennes-Tiffen who plays Young Voldemort is the nephew of Ralph Fiennes who plays Big Scary Voldemore ;)!
Well, not really. Hundreds of films get by with on-screen relationships when the actors aren't related to each other. Take Mamma Mia for example - Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfriend have no relation to each other, but in the film they are mother and daughter. They look like each other enough for it to pass. I would rather have someone who can actually act and look similar enough rather than just being cast because their uncle is the older version of them. Innit.
Rowling said she would only allow film adaptations if she had complete creative control.
That is untrue. She has taken a very active role and is very interested, and actually enjoys the films unlike most authors who live to see adaptions of their works. J.K. Rowling let's everyone get on with everything. She only had two conditions - one being that the cast remained British, and the second that she could go through the script to help make sure its accurate and in compliance with future books (which doesn't really need to happen anymore, but Im sure she will anyway). Saying she has complete creative control would suggest that she has final say over sets, designs, costumes, cast, crew etc etc.
I can't wait for this one, I might re-read the book to get the jist of stuff again, I have to admit, it looks pretty cool though. :)!
so... is this the last one? I only watch the films.
I didn't really like the trailer but I still can't wait. :)
I liked young Voldemort. I did expect him to sound different but apart from that, he's great. Got that 'voldy' look in his eye. Voldemort isn't tough in a physical way imo so it doesn't matter that the kid isn't. He has that evil look that makes him scary and makes him powerful and tough.
I actually really like the HP films and can't wait :) looks good...
I've hated all the Harry Potter films so far, but this one actually looks interesting.
oh i know but im pretty sure he went through all the audition processes like everyone else and it turned out he was what they were looking for. :)
Still doesn't change the fact that that kid can't act.
