if range or mage didnt effect combat then people could get 138 with 1 range and 1 mage, they clearly effect combat.
If you have trained in combat or magic(range) execively, then range(magic) will not level you up. If your starting from level 3, yes it will.
Yeah you're range is low so until you get like 20-30 more levels, it won't affect.Quote:

Although you could be like 70 combat which would require you to get 90 odd range to level you.
So that's why people don't think it levels you.
I mean skillers would have a field day if it didn't.
after extensive research into the subject of combat levels and how they are effected i have come to the conclusion that combat is indeed effected by these statsQuote:
