Simple, who do you think will win the Beijing Olympics?
I think America will take home the most amount of Gold Medals as per usual, but I think China may give them a run for their money. It will be nice to see Great Britain rise from their 10th position in last Olympics :D
GB have a target for 36 medals don't they?

America always come up with the goods, especially with stars like Gay running in the 100m. Hopefully GB can get into the top 5.

well that was in athens 2004 - but GB have improved alot since then. Should be interesting aswell because we beat France, Germany (i think) & Italy in the European Athletics, but then again we do have to rely on us doing well in the other events.

I agree with China because of the conditions ect, but USA still have alot of talent. Is Gay injured? If so that leaves the door wide open for Asafa Powell to win the gold in 100m.Quote:

Anyway 100m should be rather close - maybe even a record broken. Tyson Gay won the 100m in the World Championships in Osaka last year aswell.
