I read about it a week ago but the article is all lies from the Daily Mail.

The "source" was a guy from 4chan playing a joke, I laughed so hard when i saw this, its a load of rubbish, and i can't even believe Daily Mail believed this.

Haha, This will not even happen. The next iPhone will be most likely 4G? If there is a such a thing or even will be. But not some smaller version like a nano. Although I heard about new iPod designs though!
no 4G atm, they are trying to roll out EDGE/3.5G/HSDPA fully accross the country first.
theres been a concept/rumour of one since the first iphone came out. I posted it a while back. The iphone shuffle is just stupid :P
