When parents say you're grounded forever they never really mean it, it's all in the heat of them moment. Whatever she has done they'll forgive her soon enough or they'll get fed up with her being around the house all day, getting under their feet and getting on their nerves. They're bound to unground her sooner rather than later but for the time being why not use other ways of communication like ringing her, texting her, emailing or using MSN, Skype or some kind of instant messaging programme? My auntie is still grounded and she's been grounded since she was 6.
She's 48 now still has no job and lives with her parents.
