But have no idea for topping.

Homemade American buttermilk pancakes + butter + maple syrup. Sickly, but delicious.

syrup, it's like the nicest topping.. now I want pancakes.. agh.

when i made them at school i used a nutella/milky way spread combo with marshmallows on top :D.

Pancakes are amazing, yum.
I normally just have sugar and lemon :)
Maybe try chocolate spread or something though?
