I think this will never get used and if it does nobody will see it as places like Digg won't really care about a habbo forum.

Whos currently viewing is still there, its below the quick reply box. I guess the bookmarks are useful for those who use the options avalable, but I wouldn't see why threads would need bookmarking when we have subscribtion option.
I don't think it was an addon, I think it was a feature that came with the upgraded forum version (3.7). You can see in the announcements that we just upgraded, so it came with the new VB :)
