did you get an 'update' thing before you signed onto msn? cause i did + i downlaoded it & like my sound & that is missin.. i can receive them bt it's not at the toolbar bit otherwise i dunno soz

When I downloaded whiteboard I had to restart for it to take effect. Shouldn't this be in the technical discussion forum?

I think you need the .net framework for white board to work, just search for it on Microsofts website.
