New layout - Comments?

Just finished this layout, everything is temp including the stupid box on the right. Comments?

I like the top, content seems too plain at the moment, but you said that's temporary so I won't say much about that.
Also, I like footers.

Thanks :) Well developing skills in design and coding is something I am passionate about so I'll just stick with both and take it slow :) Haha, I can see where you're coming from with the header etc!
