I'm still not interested in this game to be honest, kinda getting bored of the sandbox gang rubbish >.<
The older setting will provide a welcome change though, I like games like that. I wouldn't mind one where you actually have petrol in your car and can refill it etc.

I thought it was only a rumor that is was an exclusive anyway? I've also heard different things from different companies and people, so I would only take this with a pinch of salt at the moment. At least we've got what should be a little gem from Rockstar that WILL be exclusive to look forward to.

Rockstar will do a PS3 exclusive, I wouldn't worry about that.
Ah, good, this is coming out. There was speculation that it was going to be cancelled. This isn't a run of the mill gangster game, it's based off film-noir. You would have had to have seen noir crime films to understand - urban settings, longcoats and hats, darkness, foot chases; exaggerated footsteps, huge shadows - tenebrism, chiarascuro lighting, rough outlaw protagonists, no The Godfather rubbish.
Rockstar never said it was PS3 exclusive, they only talked about it on the PS3 as it's probably their lead development console. This probably came out of the GTAIV deal with micrsoft paying $50 mil.
