I find swimming a terrible excersise for muscular endurance.
You'l find better results targeting each much group individualy

I made this thread a while back: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=194081
i would go for swimming :)
its fun and works
Swimming sucks for building muscle, it's plainly for losing calories:rolleyes:
Swimming makes you lean but not really 'muscly'.
If you want muscles, lift weights :)
yeh but i like swimming
LOL

The fact of the matter is you wont see as much results than if you targeted each muscle group individually
Ill say this again for all you swimmers, swimming is not a good excersice for building muscle mass. Though it can be a very effective cardiovascular and calorie loss method if done properly
You see olympians like Michael Phelps with big broad shoulders, arms and abdominals but if you think he gets those results by just swimming then your sadly mistaken. He spent about 17 hours a week training OUTSIDE (eg, gym) the pool when he was preparing for Beijing.
