Open 2 windows, at the detail select screen of one of them at the bottom there's a drop down box, select "unsigned applet". Log into the other one as normal. Worked a while ago, not sure if theyve changed anything since

Gratz :P but completely wrong place to post, hmm i logged into two accounts on the same computor last week and it was the same world, but as soon as i did it made my computor screen go really weird :S then it said error, can't think of another way to do it. I think they've made sure you can't do it anymore seeing as though i keep getting black marks for conversations I had like three months ago :@

If you have a runescape program life swift switch, you can open two windows of that same program.
To double log you must put in the username and password for both accounts and not log in until both are filled in.
Restore down one of the windows and quickly click on login in both windows
If you click fast enough , jagex can not comprehend two logins, which allows you to login in two accounts

its still possible, all you do is open up 2 windows on the detail screen, selct them both low detail (as u cant do 2 high detailed ones). This make both screens small so that you can click login on both easily. Then type in the username and password for both accounts but dont click login
The next part is slighly harder as u need to be quick at pressing login on both. It'll take some practice. If u fail u have to redo the whole process again
