That purple is hard to see also.
You can't please everybody unfortunately.
Aslong as they please me i don't care :D:D:D:D :P
by the example, i meant thats the one thats hard to see ;)
Why would you need it changed though, sorry I don't understand :S
Do you mean like how black becomes white on the non-habbo dark skin?
Yes, but some other colours are really dark but not widely used, but a specific forum member uses dark purple in every post :P
You'll just have to highlight the text to read it? :)
Which is why im posting here to see if they can change it, as they did with white
Eh I don't want to go in and change all the dark colored fonts to light colored fonts because we'd have to do them individually soooo probably not sorry :P Click n highlight :D

Precisely, if i live to 50 thats a three thousand one hundred and twenty eighth of my life lost to highlighting text because u didnt change :(
how could u live with that on your mind!? :)
What a mean thing to say... Ban yourself and unban yourself when you've learnt your lesson :P
The problem with HabboxForum is having so many different coloured skins. It's bad of you not to change the colour for use on the dark skins, but then again it can't be helped because the managers before nvr allowed a dark skin to be made in the first place. EIther way, there's no pleasing anyone.
No its not exactly bad of us because it would involve changing every hex code to a new hex code on every skin, and it would require extensive modification :P We do it for VIP colors because there there are at least a maximum of so many colors and it is used frequently, whereas only one user happens to use dark purple :P
Yeh it's really hard to read -.-
it's annoying having to highlight too.
As I said, it's bad for you not to change it, but it can't be helped because the dark skin is there and people will use it, and removing it would be out of the question. The only idea that just opped into my head could be, perhaps, changing the colour of the back of the username area (behind the text, not the whole bar including Join Date etc) to a very pale grey or perhaps just a slightly lighter grey than on the dark skin. That could work :/
That's definitely an idea to ponder for when we rework the skin but currently our boyos are working overtime on skins so I will put this on the backburner. I guess its relatively simple but I can't say, I'm not a skinner, it may be as easy as changing one hex code in the code, but they may have to redo images to go with it and all.
I could do it in 5 seconds :P I've been playing around with a skin on a forum I'm an admin for. In FireFox, you highlight the area and look for the div=class or id and look for the name of it in the skinning section and change any background colours that match the current one, then change it to a more suitable one :P
In the case of vB, it would be under a name="alt2" but I've never used a vB skinning tool, but I'd imagine it won't take more than a few seconds with firefox search and selection tools.
Has some one changed the colour come to think of it? It looks a bit light :S
