You said that your mum also changed the email on the account.. Maybe its going to her email.
No, i found out that, when it asks for your username and e-mail, its my e-mail.
It would say: its sent the e-mail if it was the wrong one.
You've lost me..
ok well:
when i go on forgotten password? Well, it asks for my username & e-mail address.
I type in:
Username: Alarx
E-Mail Address: My E-Mail Address
And it says: An email has been sent to you to reset your password.
It would say that if it wasnt the right address. So it hasn't been changed.
GET ME?

I have this problem aswell, i requested a password reset for my account, and by the time the link got to me it had timed out
They really need to sort that thing out.
ur parents mite have changed ur email lol
If your account was taken over, and the person who accessed your account knew the DOB you used for that account, then they are able to change the email for that account.
Your best bet is to take it up with player support and explaining the issue in detail (Habbo help tool can be found here: http://habbo.co.uk/help
