Well, i've been working on this for 20 minutes, its my first ever non Habbo layout, i made it in paint.net. Im going to release it free and soon i'm hoping to start selling some layouts, so here it is :)

It all feels a bit.. large? :P
Spend more time than 20 mins, I think.
Gl with it.
Looks quite good, only things that stood out to me are the space between the navigation items, then random black dots :P and the bottom right of the shoutbox.
Otherwise it looks quite good :)
Thanks, it all seemed to be smaller on paint.net so i thought it was all to small :P
im trying a habbo layout now!
Lol it's not bad.
The nav buttons are kind of random colored and don't have spaces between them. You might want to work the layout of the content on it lol it's a bit random. But I rlly love the top! :] Last, everything is a bit big. Lol make sure your not zoomed out while doing your layout.

It looks allright. This is a free background, right?
Anyways, try making the images etc fit in with the layout.
