I think. you should. stop using. the. full stop every. 3 or so. words.
But to stop smoking try the nicotine inhaler thing.
Well. I think that. You should. Use. The NHS. Quit smoking. Help line and. Go to one. Of the support groups. Whivh should. Help. You. A. Lot. And you may. Wish to. Get help with. Grammar. Too.

Cut down on 1 cigarette every week. (depends how many you smoke).
DO NOT Stop Straight away alot of people die because of the stress of giving up, you cut down slowly.

I've tried to stop before, it didn't work.. I just cut down on how many i smoke, that didn't work.. so i just stopped trying to give up because it got me stressed out.
Btw, if you're using patches mind don't o.d on them.

If you actually wanted to quit you would have done by now, if you're enjoying them too much - why end it?
I am fortunate to have strong will-power and only limit it to when I actually want one, not when I psychically need one until I break down and want to commit suicide. As Loser said, quitting is hard and why stop when you don't have to?
Lol, stop smoking gradually. Say you had 5 a day, cut down to 4, and then the next week 3 a day then the next week 2 etc etc etc then just stop.
But then what's the odds you're never going to get off the one a day...
One is better than 5.
I would quit but my job is so stressful, i actually have to go to my patients smoking area to have a *** with them haha
they have 10 mins of smoking time at 10 to every hour, im usually out there smoking two when i go out for that and 20 during my 30 min break.
God help me working nights when they're in bed, be sat on their sofa bored off my face cause they all in bed and i'll resort to smoking to resolve my boredom :(
;o feel sorry for you. Its same with me in lessons im like "Shut the **** up I need a cig". But the worst thing like we all have our smokey place and teachers go round telling you to put it out, they actually stalk you and after school they follow all smokers until the road ends and like "PUT IT OUT". Yeh, why did you start smoking anyway? I advice you to get one of those fake cigaretees that when you puff into them they blow out powder.. Really good, my mom tried it and stopped smoking for 3months, good luck.

i would advise doing something you really enjoy to bring your morale and confidence up, which will give you the burst and will encourage your self to quit.
or alternatively, look up some of those images that they are putting on *** packets and have a hard think if yo uwant to be like that...
good luck, quiting will be one of the best things youve ever done.
