I only found this out the other day, but the 4th movie is released 2011 - 2012.

It’s Efron’s existing relationship with Disney via High School Musical that makes this otherwise odd rumor somewhat plausible. At least as plausible as some of the others, one of which we’re to blame for. In fact as part of the deal outlined by the Enquirer, Efron is also being chained to the High School Musical franchise for even longer, with his Pirates contract also serving as a means to force his return as Troy Bolton for High School Musical 4.

Shilla Buff ruined the new indiana jones and i believe this will do the same.

They are really pushing it with making a 4th one.. Won't live up to the rest though Zac should just stay in musicals.

Disney Cast Members on the Backlot Tour at Disney's Hollywood Studios were saying they would never be doing another POTC film after AWE.

Shows how much the Disney Management tell their Cast Members... :rolleyes:.

I see this i read Depp will be back but bloom and knightly will not be. Which doesn't bother me but i think it would be better with them two. Depp plays such a good character, if you replaced him POTC would fail.

hopefully it will be better than the 3rd one
