I Don't know if those were updated before the closure but they are two things i've noticed, besides not every update to habbo is visible, the majority of small down-time updates are usually fixing and updating internal stuff.
We got updated to v27-BUILD78 instead of v27-BUILD72 :)
The Neon things were changed yesterday :).
And its a common occurance that updates only happen on wednesdays. (Not a guess, they do.)
