An Indian navy warship has destroyed a suspected Somali pirate vessel after it came under attack in the Gulf of Aden.
The INS Tabar sank the pirate "mother ship" after it failed to stop for investigation and opened fire instead, an Indian navy statement said.
There must be thousands of pirates out there.

You lot have obviously got the wrong idea of this day an age pirates -.- When I went for a cruise 5 years ago, the ship went under attack by pirates and we had to wait 11 days on some island for rescuing, it was OK though because the people there were awsome!

Most pirates have never had to use guns etc to actually shoot people or harm people an dmost the time the company pays the ransom to get their cargo and crew back.

No i didn't, quote the point where i said government.
I didn't mean govt, you just assumed i did, i didn't state who paid or even hinted on who paid the ransom, i simply said if it got bad then obviously navy or whoever would become involved, i didn't say navy paid, you assumed i meant government, you were wrong.
