i dont think youll get a full refund if its opened but it depends how long you have had it for .
for example if i bouhgt a game today and didnt enjoy it and took it back within the week mayby 3-5 days after i bought it would they take it back and give me £40 store credit
oh ok might go a supermarket then cause i think they give you full refund
They'll probably let you trade it for another game but I doubt you'll get your money back.
yeh thats what i mean by saying store credit :P
Indeed but you'll get about 20%-25% less money for trading it in rather than returning it. Tesco have made a few exceptions for me in the past and allowed me to do that (However this is at discretion of the store manager). I doubt Gamestation/Game/Blockbuster will allow it.
If you bought a £40 game at Gamestation, you'll be able to return for a full monetary refund providing it's completely sealed and hasn't been opened, within 10 days that is, if you open it then you can then trade it in for about £30 store-credit.
Seal broken? No refund, trade in value.
Simple as :)
oh ok thanks :) crap rule tbh
yeh but a few years back you could take games back
Ignore every post in this thread, its a lie.
Gamestation give you 10 days, to get a FULL refund in the form of a credit note; provided you supply proof of purchase.
if you cant what i sometimes do is make a scratch and say its a faulty game. they sometimes refund you or a replacement game so u gotta try and get refund
