I don't no if its in the catalog now.. but if I remember corretly it used to be a HC buy thing where you could buy it in the catalog (Not anymore tho).

The minibar (I think, you mean the withe-blue) is an advert furni :P

I don't remember the ice one being relased into the HC section? Only the Dark blue one that look similar to that (colour wise) :S
