this does'nt happen to me, but it does happen to a few people i no.
It has happened to me like 3 times. Not every single time I get one but it has happened to me too.
Its sometimes happened to me. Really, when i've just opened it and the white box in my hand is loading and as soon as its loaded i've put it into my room and it disconnects me. So dont put it straight down I think.
Happened for me with the SummerPenguin, but that was all. Haha, error penguins :P
if you press "open pressie" too quickly, it errors you.
same with every present.
