im immensely tired anyway so it wont be hard for me
but err read, try not to watch tv/play xbox/watch a film or listen to roc music tho
I can't get to sleep for a long time but to get me to go to sleep quicker is just to listen to music.

That uses a lot of energy and releases a hormone which makes you tired.
readings good because it makes your brain work which makes you even more tired. After about 30 mins of reading im usually really tired.
have some sleeping pills? :S something like Night Nurse I'm sure it'll work.

I tried going to bed at 8:30 last year to get asleep fast. It failed. I ended up going to bed at 12:30 :|

I used to suffer from Insomnia so I have some prescribed sleeping pills in the draw which knock you out in about 15 min, I dont need them anymore as I can normally shoot out in about 30 minutes of going to bed but for some advice...
- Listen to relaxing music (I always listen to Zero 7 - Destiny)
- Warm Milk, Hot chocolate (No tea or coffee as they contain caffeine)
- Read, I haven't really tried this as I don't like to read but I heard it's good
- Dont do no exercises, you may think this makes you more tired but it will awaken you and make you alert
- Take a bath
- Dont go to bed early when your not tired in your of just going off because you wont and will end up getting up and not going going asleep till later then expected. Go WHEN you feel tired.

Actually try going out and doing something during the day.
listen to music when your in bed but not too loud, that makes me tired
dont go on computer, stimulates your mind or somethin then it takes ages to get to sleep
MILK HELPS LOL i read that on the internet.
Make your house really warm then just get in bed and you'll fall asleep.
