I guess so, it's not technically a holiday now as Christmas & Boxing Day is over.

Today, where I work (a large shopping centre - 200+ shops), we were open 10-9, and we're back to normal hours until NYE, closing at 5, and NYD, closing at 6.

Morissons was open yesterday so I guess so.
