the ones with bones are probably like the igor and snowmen. So you win one in games, you get 1st, win another you get 2nd then 3rd.
The other 2 are probably just general comps.

OMG! Theyre so cute! I love the 2nd badge, I love all of those badges... Because I love dogs, I can't wait for this campaign. The widget sounds like it's going to be cool, too. I'm guessing it's something to do with tracking your Habbo pets so you know what rooms they are in.

Perhaps from there polls and questionaires that the majority of Habbo Users are young and thats including 16 or under years of age.
