At the end of the day, the AC Milan fans done it for him. They protested for 2 days, outside his house, the ground, everything. The passion shown by the fans is something that Kaka has too realise and what a great guy for doing it.

Can't you just face that he rejected you and wanted to play football in Europe. (I was going to say Champions League but AC aren't in it). If Man Utd had come in with an offer, he would have said bye, bye to Milan.

Matt, I find it hard to believe that Kaka wouldn't be allowed to ask for an extra 150k, how much do your owners have in their gold-plated, diamond-encrusted 50-storey piggy bank of theirs?

I think 150k would be affordable, they did say they'd spend an unlimited amount to get the best players. >_>

Manchester city would have paid kaka anything he asked for, there just trying to cover up the fact there a small club and no major players will want to join them.

Robinho didn't even want to come he thought he would move to Chelsea, and your other massive signings include Wayne Bridge and Craig Golf Bellamy Gosh Mark Hughes is doing well with his billions.

Agreed also robinho wanted to get out of madrid in the transfer window and he panicd at the last min and city came in with a offer.

Saying he wanted an extra £150,000 is rubbish. Kaka already donates 10% of his £150,000 wages to charity. The only reason he'd go to Pity is to get more money for the charity.

I'm cackling at what the chairman has said in the last sentence of that article:

“Money was certainly the motive yesterday.”

Man City's motive of signing players is to show them the money and get the players enticed. It's the motive everyday for that club :S
