my guess is that he lost weight really unhealthily, or maybe due to surgery which is why they didn't say how he did it.
I watched it last night, all he mentioned was an 'extreme diet' and apparently it took 6 months to lose the weight :S
I hate Gok Wan I wish he was still fat and then he wouldn't be giving people tips on how to look good naked.
He lost it by crash dieting, he mentions it in like every magazine he gets an interview in
