Say if you got an IP Ban on habbo USA, will you still be able to come on to Habbo Uk?

They have stopped IP bans on the uk hotel because there is a very easy way of getting rid of them -Obides by the forum rules-.

I did that, and they still do IP bans, my friend got one.
