No, but the 3g has a better speaker.. :P
Internal or External?
No difference. 3G is a slightly different shape at the back, it has the 3G connection and the speaker is better.
The 3G has a much faster processor.
Which means it can play games better and applications are faster etc.Quote:

the 3G is so much smoother and has a nicer touch to it, but that may be cus I always stroke it lol

Another overlooked difference is that the 3G's headphone jack is flush into the top (the original iPhone's jack was sort of at the bottom of a small hole at the top, lol - see pic).

I dont like the iphone 2g, because theres no such thing.
The iphone 3g will be better when they release BlueSn0w (bluetooth 'Super hack')
Unless you are desperate, I would wait a couple of months to see what the next revision has to offer: this next iPhone will be a greater step up from the iPhone 3G than the 3G was from the first iPhone model. *shrug*
