Sorry if posted in the wrong section,
Now habbo radios are most likely to close, or face court action, with the exception of the odd one or two radios, does this mean we're going to finally get something new and unique!?

Yeah if anyone on this forum can afford a broadcasting license.
Well US doesn't have the laws so really no. People can just visit any US site or say they are American and have a radio.
How much are these licenses going to cost anyone want to direct me to these prices?
If only that were true, the US are slightly stricter, the FCC have a licensing law aswell - http://www.fcc.gov/mb/audio/decdoc/p...adcasting.html
And who follows that, that owns a fansite?
ShoutCAST Explicitly says on there website that you MUST follow copyright laws, and this is one of them copyright laws.

Debate started.
Habbox Server is in the US but that means people in the countrys that signed up to PPL are not allowed to access.
I think the only countries that don't have these laws are the ones in Asia, who's up for moving to Asia?
How about hosting it on an offshore server and make a proxy on it and make all your listeners tune in through that? A server where these laws don't exist, and everyone listening through it means that they're listening where these laws don't exist as well, right?
Yes. I have a unique idea but I can't be bothered pursuing it.
Let's hope will will be one of the luck Habbo fansites who's radio stays here!
It's not the end of the word, is it?
These habbo radios were becoming quite tacky and common..and some just damn right terrible.
Spend the money on updating this forum, some new non-habbo skins wouldn't go a miss and maybe adding something unique..
